Personal Mortgages
We do not charge for our advice. We rely on finding you the best mortgage and then completing the transaction as we receive our income from the mortgage lender. This payment has no effect on the price or fees that you pay for your mortgage.
We do charge an administration fee to cover the paperwork associated with the mortgage completion. This is a flat fee of £295 and it is taken when the transaction completes. If your mortgage does not proceed, we do not take a fee.

If you ask us to provide you with a service that calls for a higher charge then we will let you know the exact amount and terms of that charge in advance. This will give you the chance to make alternative arrangements.
Commercial
We will charge an arrangement fee on completion of your transaction. The fee will be advised to you as part of our initial correspondence on the proposition. This fee is typically 1% of the loan.
